Home/Service Areas
★★★★★ 5.0 from 25 Google reviewsSix core cities, one price list, no trip fee.
Based in Hesperia and working the whole Victor Valley every week. Below is each city we cover, what makes the work there different, and the starting prices that apply in all of them.
Tap a city for what we usually find there, real job photos, and the local page for each service.
Home base. Fastest response in the area, and the town with the most solar arrays per street we work on. Heavy pigeon pressure on the newer tracts south of Main Street.
Hesperia overview · Windows · Solar · Pigeons · Screens · Storefronts
Biggest city up here and the least consistent. Lakefront hard water at Spring Valley Lake, big arrays off Bear Valley, original windows in Old Town, and most of our commercial storefront accounts.
Victorville overview · Windows · Solar · Pigeons · Screens · Storefronts
Larger lots, more custom homes, more two story roofs. Jess Ranch and the Town Center corridor carry most of our medical and dental storefront work.
Apple Valley overview · Windows · Solar · Pigeons · Screens · Storefronts
Dry lake dust is the story. Panels film over faster than anywhere else we work and thin screen mesh does not last, which is why we push all weather mesh here.

Barstow and Lucerne Valley get a visit most weeks. We group jobs so the drive is shared and the price stays on the list.
Wrightwood, Pinon Hills, Baldy Mesa and Summit Valley are mountain and high plateau work. Cooler, fewer pigeons, a lot more pine debris in gutters and on panels.
Helendale, Silver Lakes and Spring Valley Lake share one thing: lake or well irrigation that leaves mineral deposits on every low pane. If you are in any of these, read the hard water page before you call, because a standard wash will not fix what you are looking at.
We started with Inland Empire customers and still take the calls. Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, San Bernardino, Rialto, Redlands and Upland all get solar and pigeon work from us, usually batched onto one day.
The IE is a different market. Denser tracts, more HOA rules about what can be visible on a roof, and less hard water than the desert. We are writing dedicated pages for it. Until then, call and ask what day we are already down there and you will get the same price list as everyone else.
We will confirm we cover you, give you a starting number on the phone, and set a time to come look.
Not inside the six core cities. Hesperia, Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Oak Hills and Phelan are all priced from the same list with nothing added for distance. Further out, Barstow, Lucerne Valley, Wrightwood and Helendale, we usually pair the drive with another job and tell you up front if anything is added.
Yes. What changes the number is the house, not the zip code. Single or two story, how many panels, how long the pigeons have been there, whether the glass has hard water etching. Each city page explains what we usually run into in that town, but the starting prices on this page apply everywhere.
Yes, on request. Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, San Bernardino, Rialto and Redlands all get regular visits, mostly solar and pigeon work. We are building out proper pages for the IE next. For now, call and we will tell you what day we are already down the hill.
Call anyway. Silver Lakes, Spring Valley Lake, Pinon Hills, Baldy Mesa, Summit Valley and Lake Arrowhead are all places we have worked. If it is within a reasonable drive of Hesperia we can almost always make it work, and we will say so honestly if we cannot.
Because the work is different. Spring Valley Lake glass is etched by lake irrigation, Adelanto arrays are dusted by the dry lake, Phelan homes are on well water and spread out on big lots. A page that treats them all the same would be lying to somebody. Each city page carries real photos from jobs in that city.
