Tony's Window Cleaning ("we," "us") operates twindowclean.com. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. The short version: we collect what we need to quote and schedule your job, we don't sell it, and we don't want anything else.
Information we collect
Quote requests. When you submit a quote form, we receive the information you enter, typically your name, phone number, email, city, the service you're interested in, and any details you add. Forms are processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to our email.
Calls and texts. If you call or text 714-559-0300, we see your number and whatever you send, like any phone. We may keep your contact information and job details to schedule work, send reminders, and provide warranty service.
Advertising data. If you arrive from one of our ads, the platform that showed it (such as Facebook or Instagram) may collect data under its own privacy policy. If we use the Meta Pixel on this site, it records standard page-visit events so we can measure whether our ads work. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook settings at any time.
Site measurement. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and which parts of the quick quote they use, such as picking a service, opening the 3D preview or sending a quote. Google Ads may record when a visit that started from one of our ads ends in a call or a sent quote. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers and do not receive the name, phone number or address you type into a quote. You can block them with your browser settings or Google's opt out tools.
The quick quote and 3D preview. Your choices in the quote tool stay in your browser until you press send. A shared quote link only carries the services, counts and day you picked, never your name, phone number or address. When you open the 3D preview, your browser asks the National Weather Service (api.weather.gov) for the latest conditions at a nearby weather station, so the model can show today's sky and wind. That request doesn't include anything you typed.
Text Tony button. When you tap Text Tony, the quote you built, plus the name and phone number you typed if any, is saved with our office so your request is not lost if the text never goes out. The text itself is sent from your own phone, and we only know it arrived when it reaches us.
How we use it
To respond to your request, quote and schedule work, provide warranty service, and occasionally follow up about services you asked about. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Job photos
We photograph our work, before and after shots of roofs, panels, windows and screens. We use these photos on our website, social media and advertising. Photos are cropped to the work itself, published without addresses or location data, and never identify you by name without your permission. If you'd rather your job not be photographed or shared, just tell us and that is fine.
Third-party services
This site uses Formspree (form delivery), Google Analytics and Google Ads (visit and conversion measurement), the Meta Pixel (ad measurement), Google Fonts (typography), and hosting via GitHub Pages. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We link to our profiles on Google, Yelp and Facebook; those platforms are governed by their own terms once you're there.
Our private business system connects to our own Gmail account only to send new quote notifications to our team. It requests permission to send email and to confirm our account address. It does not read, store, share or sell email content, and it is not used with any customer's Google account.
Your choices
Want to know what we have about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Email twindowclean@gmail.com or call/text 714-559-0300 and we'll take care of it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. The same email works for those requests.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
