A Hesperia Glass Company That Publishes Its Prices

Owner operated. Purified water. Clips, not bolts. Numbers on the website.

Tony's Window Cleaning is a small, owner run company based in Hesperia, working the High Desert every week and the Inland Empire on request. Windows, solar panels, pigeon proofing, screens, and now storefront glass, graffiti and adhesive for businesses.

The short version

What we do and what we do not

We clean glass and solar panels, keep pigeons out from under arrays, re-mesh screens, and remove things that should not be on storefront windows. Residential work is most of the week. Commercial accounts, barbershops, real estate offices, medical suites, are the fastest growing part and are worked after hours so nobody loses a customer to a wet floor.

We do not do glazing, tint, electrical or roofing. When a pane is etched past saving or a roof tile is broken beyond a seal, we write it down, hand you a photo, and tell you who to call. We would rather lose the line item than sell you something that will not work.

Everything we quote is in writing before it starts. The inspection is free. If we get on the roof and find something that changes the scope, we stop and call before we do it. That rule has cost us a few hours over the years and never once cost us a customer.

How we work

Five habits that are not negotiable

Purified water on glass and panels

Deionized water leaves nothing behind when it dries. No soap film, no spots, nothing for the next dust storm to stick to. It takes longer to set up and it is why our cleans last.

Clips, never bolts

Mesh under a solar array is clipped to the frame. Drilling voids most panel warranties and bolted mesh tears out in High Desert wind. Clipped mesh is why we can offer two years in writing.

Screens, tracks and sills every time

Leaving grit in a screen puts it back on the glass at the first breeze. They come off and get cleaned on every exterior job, included in the price, not sold as an extra.

A firm number before work starts

Free inspection, written quote, and the quote is the bill unless you add work on the day. No hourly meter.

Photos before and after

Every job is photographed. Commercial customers get them in a report. Residential customers get them on request. It keeps us honest and it settles any question later.

The case

Why we think we should be the first call in the High Desert

Where we are

High Desert first, Inland Empire on request

Core area is Hesperia, Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Oak Hills and Phelan, all with no trip fee and all with their own local pages. Barstow, Lucerne Valley, Wrightwood and the lake communities get planned days.

The Inland Empire is where the business started and we still go down the hill for solar and pigeon work in Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario and San Bernardino. Proper IE pages are next on the list.

FAQ

Questions people ask about us

Who actually shows up to the job?

Tony, the owner, with a small crew on bigger days. We do not subcontract. The person who quoted the job is the person responsible for it being right, which is the only way a two year warranty means anything.

Are you licensed and insured?

General liability insurance is in place and we send a certificate on request, which most commercial accounts and property managers ask for before the first visit. Window cleaning, solar cleaning and pigeon proofing do not require a contractor's license in California. We do not do glazing or electrical work, and we say so when a job needs it.

Why is the phone number a 714 area code?

It is the number the business started with and every existing customer has it. We are Hesperia based and have been for years. Keeping the number means nobody who saved it gets stranded.

Do you do work outside the High Desert?

Yes. Inland Empire jobs are taken on request and batched onto one day. The High Desert is home and gets the fastest response. See the service areas page for where we go and how often.

Why publish prices when nobody else does?

Because it filters both ways. People who were never going to pay $450 for pigeon proofing do not book a visit, and people who were are not left wondering if they are being sized up. It also keeps us honest. A number on a website is a number we have to stand behind.
