Commercial Window Cleaning for High Desert Storefronts

Your glass is the first thing a customer sees. Usually before they see you.

Storefronts, offices, medical suites and restaurants across the High Desert. We work after close so nothing stops, you get the same crew every visit, and the whole month lands on one invoice instead of four.

Who we work for

Built around businesses that cannot close

A shop with dirty glass reads as a shop that is struggling. It is the cheapest signal you send and most owners never think about it until a customer mentions it.

Barbershops and salons
Storefront glass plus every station mirror, done Sunday evening so Monday opens clean.
Restaurants and cafés
Front glass, entry doors and patio partitions. Worked after close, never during service.
Medical and dental suites
Waiting room glass, interior partitions and entry doors on a fixed monthly schedule.
Real estate and offices
Lobby glass, conference partitions and street facing windows kept presentable for walk ins.
Retail and strip centers
Multi unit storefronts done in one pass, billed to the property manager as a single line.
Property managers
Several sites on one schedule and one invoice. Certificate of insurance on file before we start.
How it works

Set it once and stop thinking about it

1. Free walkthrough
We count the glass, look at access and parking, and tell you what it costs. Ten minutes, no charge, no pressure.
2. Pick a rhythm
Weekly, biweekly or monthly. High traffic doors and food service usually want weekly. An office is fine monthly.
3. We come after close
Key, code or a staff member who stays. Whatever suits. You open the next morning to finished glass.
4. One invoice a month
All that month's visits on a single invoice, due on receipt. Month to month, seven days notice to stop.
Pricing

What it costs

Real numbers, not "call for pricing". The more often we come, the less each visit costs, because the glass never gets bad enough to fight.

Storefront glass, inside and out, up to ten pane faces
$89 per visit, monthly

Biweekly $79 a visit · Weekly $69 a visit · One off clean $119

  • Every pane inside and out, frames and sills wiped down
  • Entry door glass and push plates
  • Interior glass, partitions and mirrors, add $50 a visit
  • All water, solutions and equipment brought in
  • Worked after close, so no trading time is lost
  • Price held twelve months from your first visit

Larger buildings, second storey glass and multi unit centers are quoted on site, and the price is firm before anything starts. If your storefront has old signage adhesive or a tag on it, that is handled separately under adhesive removal or graffiti removal, usually on the same first visit.

By city

FAQ

Commercial window cleaning questions

How much is commercial window cleaning in the High Desert?

Storefront glass starts at $89 a visit for up to ten pane faces inside and out. The rate drops the more often we come: $79 biweekly and $69 weekly. Interior glass, partitions and mirrors are $50 a visit on top. Bigger buildings are quoted on site and the price is firm before we start.

Do you work after hours?

Yes, and for most of our commercial accounts that is the point. We come after close so no appointment time is lost, no customer walks across a wet floor, and the glass is finished before you open. Barbershops, restaurants and medical offices are almost always done in the evening.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Every recurring account is month to month with seven days notice to stop. There is no cancellation fee and nothing owed beyond visits already completed. We would rather keep you because the glass looks right than because you are locked in.

Can you do one invoice a month instead of per visit?

Yes. Recurring accounts get a single invoice at the end of the month covering that month's visits, due on receipt. It keeps your bookkeeping to one line instead of four.

Are you insured, and can you send a certificate?

Yes. General liability coverage is in place and we send a certificate on request before the first visit. Most property managers ask for it and we have it ready.

Do you handle storefronts with old signage or graffiti?

Yes. Adhesive, old vinyl lettering and graffiti are separate services we do regularly, and they are commonly the reason a business calls us the first time. See our graffiti removal and adhesive removal pages.

Need it handled this week?

Call or text and we will come look at it. Free assessment, firm price before any work starts.
