Much of our Apple Valley work is standing appointments inside Jess Ranch and Sun City, for people who would rather not be on a ladder. We are used to signing in at the gate and keeping the same visit day.
Most of our Apple Valley window work is standing appointments in the 55+ communities. Same visit day, same crew, no one has to be home or move furniture, and nothing gets left outside.
Desert Knolls is a different job entirely. Bigger lots, older houses, mature trees, and gutters that need attention at the same time. We usually quote the two together because we are already there.
No trip charge anywhere in Apple Valley, and no charge to come out and look.
Another age-restricted community. Same story as Sun City, and a lot of our customers here came from a neighbor's recommendation.
Larger lots, older housing stock, mature trees. Gutter cleanouts and roof debris are the recurring jobs here.
Rural and exposed. Panels dust over fast and there is more roof perimeter to seal against birds.

Yes. Exterior glass, screens, tracks, sills and gutters all get done from our equipment, not yours. You do not need to be outside or move anything while we work.
Yes, in every exterior clean. Leaving grit in a screen undoes the glass within a week, so charging separately for it never made sense to us.
