We do window cleaning, solar panel cleaning and pigeon proofing and screen repair for Adelanto homeowners. Free quote, firm price before we start, and we show up when we say we will.
Adelanto has a lot of newer construction, and newer construction up here means solar on almost every roof. Most of those systems have never been washed since the day they went in.
New tracts sit right up against open desert, so there is nothing slowing the dust down before it reaches the house. Panels film over, screens clog, and tracks fill with sand.
Because the homes are newer the screens are usually still worth saving. We re mesh the frame you already have instead of replacing the whole thing, which keeps the cost down.
Construction dust is its own problem. If you moved in recently there is a good chance your windows still have builder residue and overspray on them, and that comes off with the right approach rather than more scrubbing.

Pigeon proofing starts at $450 and includes clearing out the nests and droppings, hauling it off, sealing the full perimeter with mesh clipped to the panel frame, and a two year pigeon free warranty. The inspection is free and the quote is firm before we start.
Exterior window cleaning starts at $149 for single story and $249 for two story. Screens, tracks and sills are included, they are not an add on. The final number depends on how many windows you have, so we give you a firm quote before anything starts.
