We do pigeon proofing, solar panel cleaning and window cleaning and screen repair for Hesperia homeowners. Free quote, firm price before we start, and we show up when we say we will.

The wind coming up out of the Cajon Pass is the thing that makes Hesperia different. It carries fine grit and it drives it into everything. Screens go brittle, window tracks pack solid with sand, and solar panels get a film on them that rain never fully takes off because we barely get rain.
A lot of the older homes in town still have their original screens and nobody has ever touched them. Those are the ones that tear as soon as you look at them. We re mesh them on site so you are not without screens for a week.
Pigeons are a real problem here on anything with solar. The gap under the panels is warm and shaded and out of the wind, which is exactly what they want in a place with this much open desert around it.

Pigeon proofing starts at $450 and includes clearing out the nests and droppings, hauling it off, sealing the full perimeter with mesh clipped to the panel frame, and a two year pigeon free warranty. The inspection is free and the quote is firm before we start.
Exterior window cleaning starts at $149 for single story and $249 for two story. Screens, tracks and sills are included, they are not an add on. The final number depends on how many windows you have, so we give you a firm quote before anything starts.
