Adelanto construction went up with solar as standard, and new arrays get colonised faster than owners expect. We catch a lot of these roofs in year three or four, when the nesting is established but the cleanup is still manageable.
Adelanto arrays are mostly newer and sit in one clean plane, which keeps the mesh work straightforward and the price at the lower end. The variable is entirely how long the birds have been there.
We catch a lot of these roofs in year three or four, which is the sweet spot. The nesting is established enough that you have noticed, but the cleanup is still a morning rather than a full day of shovelling.
No trip charge anywhere in Adelanto, and no charge to come out and look.
Dry lake dust and off-road traffic keep fine alkaline grit in the air. Panels and tracks need attention more often here than anywhere else in town.
Mix of single-family and manufactured homes. Screens and tracks are the bread and butter out here.
Newer single-family construction on paved streets. Builder-grade screens reaching the end of their life at about the same time across whole blocks.
Newer Adelanto homes usually come in at $450 to $600. If the nesting has run two years or more the cleanup labor is what moves the number, not the mesh.

Yes. Adelanto is a regular stop, El Mirage included. We work across El Mirage, Mojave Heights, the Koala Road area and the newer tracts off Rancho Road. No trip charge, and no charge to come and look.

New arrays get found fast, because the gap under a panel is the same shelter regardless of the roof's age. We catch most Adelanto homes in year three or four, which is actually good timing for the cleanup.
No. We clip the mesh to the panel frame. Bolting through mesh puts holes in the material and sometimes the frame, which can void your solar warranty, and out here the wind works it loose off the bolt heads within a couple of seasons. We get called to redo that job often.
Tell us what you have and we will get back to you the same day. Calling is usually fastest.
