Hesperia window tracks pack solid with sand faster than any other city on our route. The grit gets past weatherstripping, settles in the track, and then works back onto the glass every time a window opens.
Hesperia glass has two separate problems and they need different treatments. There is the grit film, which comes off with a normal purified water clean, and there is sprinkler etching, which does not. On the golf course streets you usually have both.
Tracks are the part people underestimate here. We vacuum them out and detail them on every exterior clean, because a track full of pass sand puts that grit straight back onto clean glass the first time you open a window.
No trip charge anywhere in Hesperia, and no charge to come out and look.
Sprinkler overspray off the course side etches hard water into glass. Most of our hard water restoration work in town is on these streets.
Older ranch-style homes with original aluminum-frame screens, red tile roofs, and windows nobody has professionally cleaned in years.
Exposed and windy, further out. We batch these with other Summit Valley stops so the trip charge never lands on one customer.
Single story exterior starts at $149 and two story at $249, with screens, tracks and sills in that number. Hard water restoration is quoted separately after we see how deep the etching has gone.
Full price list on the pricing page, including what moves a quote up or down. Nothing gets added once we are on site.
Our own photos from actual jobs. Nothing bought, nothing borrowed.
Yes. Hesperia is home base, not a service area we drive out to, so we are here most days of the week. We work across The Mesa, the Ranchero corridor, Hesperia Golf & Country Club, Downtown Hesperia, Summit Valley and Mesa Linda. No trip charge, and no charge to come and look.

The Cajon Pass funnels wind straight into town carrying fine grit, and it gets past weatherstripping into the track. We vacuum and detail the tracks on every exterior clean at no extra charge, because leaving them undoes the glass.
Yes, in every exterior clean. Leaving grit in a screen undoes the glass within a week, so charging separately for it never made sense to us.
Tell us what you have and we will get back to you the same day. Calling is usually fastest.
