Oak Hills is mostly on wells, and well water is hard. That is the single biggest thing that makes glass out here different from glass down the hill.
If your sprinklers hit the windows, the minerals in that water bake onto the glass in the sun and etch it. It shows up as a cloudy band along the bottom of the pane. That is not dirt and no amount of Windex is going to touch it. It needs hard water restoration, which is a different job than a wash.
The lots are big and a lot of them are on dirt or partly unpaved, so there is constant fine dust in the air. Screens load up with it and window tracks fill in fast.
Roofs out here are large and there is a lot of solar on them. Open land on all sides and a warm sheltered gap under the panels is all a flock needs, so pigeon proofing is a regular job for us in Oak Hills.

Exterior window cleaning starts at $149 for single story and $249 for two story. Screens, tracks and sills are included, they are not an add on. The final number depends on how many windows you have, so we give you a firm quote before anything starts.
