Henry's roof was solar, pigeon mesh, broken tiles and a pressure wash in a single visit. That is on purpose. One truck roll is cheaper for you and we schedule the day so it all fits.

Spinners installed, concrete rinsed, broken tiles sealed. Small things that are not on the invoice but are on the roof when we leave. Hailey and Oswaldo both noticed.
Pam's review is the one we point people to. "All hard water stains gone" is a different claim from "windows cleaned", and it is the reason the hard water page exists.

Yes. Every one is copied from our Google Business Profile as written, spelling included. The Google listing has all 25 and you can read them there without taking our word for it.
No. We ask every customer once after the job, by text, with the link. That is it. Paid or incentivized reviews break Google's rules and would put the listing at risk, which is worth more to us than any single review.
Because for a long time we did not ask. Most of the work came from referrals and repeat customers and nobody thought to send the link. We ask now, every job, and the count moves every month.
