Silverwood is the largest master planned community being built in Southern California: 15,633 homes on 9,366 acres in Hesperia's Summit Valley, going up in phases over the next fifteen to twenty years. That is good news for the neighborhood and hard news for your glass. Every lot graded near you puts fine dust in the air, and on a High Desert afternoon it settles on the windows and the solar panels within days.
New homes also start with their own mess. Builders clean the glass before closing, but stucco specks, paint overspray and sticker residue usually survive it, and builder screens trap the grit against the pane. The first proper clean is the one people notice most.
Then there is the roof. California has required solar on new single family homes since 2020, so most Silverwood homes came with panels on day one. A dusty panel still looks fine from the driveway while its output drifts down, and with construction nearby it gets dusty fast.
We treat Silverwood as its own place, with its own page and its own schedule, because the work here is different from an older street across town.

Yes. Exterior windows are $149 for a single story and $249 for a two story, with screens, tracks and sills included. Every interior window is $49 more on the same visit. Solar panels are $7 each. Those are the same numbers on every page of this site, and you get a firm price in writing before any work starts.

We clean panels the gentle way: purified water and a soft brush on a water fed pole. No pressure washer, no harsh chemicals, and nobody walking on the panels. If your panels are leased or under a provider's service plan, check your agreement first, and we are happy to work around it.
While the lots around you are still being built, dust comes back quickly. Most people here are happiest with windows every three to four months and solar panels twice a year. After the construction near you finishes, twice a year for windows is usually enough.
We follow any rules posted by the association, work during normal daytime hours and leave the driveway and walkways clean. Nothing we do changes the look of the home. If your association or builder wants a certificate of insurance before we start, we send one.
