Because the homes are newer the frames are almost always sound, so this is the cheapest version of the job. We are only replacing the material, not rebuilding anything.

Builders fit the cheapest mesh that passes inspection. It is thin, it has almost no UV package, and out here it starts going chalky around year three. Re-meshing fixes it and you keep the frames you already have.
