We started out working for Inland Empire homeowners and we never stopped. Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Upland, Eastvale, Chino Hills and the cities around them get the same published prices as Hesperia, from the same owner. Pigeon proofing $450+

$450 covers up to 12 panels. Each panel over 12 is +$50 for the mesh, labor and cleaning that panel. Rigid, rust resistant steel mesh, never chicken wire, held by clips that grip the lip of the panel frame. Nothing is drilled or screwed into your panels, so the manufacturer warranty stays intact. 2 to 3 spinners free, plus a free solar wash and roof wash.

What you get. Birds out for good, nests and droppings hauled away and the area sanitized so the smell goes too, panels and roof cleaned, mesh clipped to the frame so nothing voids your panel warranty, and a 2 year pigeon free warranty in writing.

Why now. Nests only get bigger. The longer the birds stay, the more there is to clean out and haul off, and that's the biggest swing in the price.

    How to tell it's time
    • Windows. Spots when the sun hits the glass, screens that look gray, or more than 6 months since the last clean.
    • Solar panels. No wash in the last 6 months, or a sunny day in your solar app reading lower than it used to.
    • Pigeons. Birds on the roof, droppings on the tile or driveway, cooing under the panels, or a sharp ammonia smell in the heat. They don't leave on their own.
    • Screens. Tears, holes, mesh that bows out of the frame or crumbles when you press it.

    • Solar panels washed streak free, $7 a panel.
    • Pigeon mesh clipped to the panel frame, never bolted, with free spinners on the vents.
    • Screens re-meshed on site in charcoal fiberglass or all weather.

    Services and prices

What we do in the Inland Empire

The same price list as the High Desert. Firm quote in writing before we start, and 10% off when you book online.

No travel fee anywhere on our Inland Empire list. Pigeon proofing pairs well with a year of panel washes, so the spinners, clips and mesh get checked on every visit.

Before and after photos, a written receipt, and your two year pigeon warranty in writing if you had the roof done.

    Where we go

    Inland Empire cities we cover

Type your ZIP into the quote tool above and it tells you right away.

    Fontana

North Fontana's newer two story homes with solar are the classic pigeon roof: birds under the panels and droppings on the tile.

    Rancho Cucamonga

Etiwanda and Alta Loma, from the foothill streets to the newer tracts. Big arrays, tile roofs and a lot of HOA streets, so we keep the mesh flush and tidy.

    Ontario

Ontario Ranch and the older neighborhoods around it. Solar is standard on many of the new builds, and pigeons find the gap under the panels within a few seasons.

    Upland and Claremont

North Upland foothill homes with larger roofs and more glass. Window cleaning and screens matter here as much as pigeons do.

    Chino, Chino Hills and Eastvale

Dense newer tracts with two story homes close together, which is exactly how a flock moves from one roof to the next. The first home on the block to get protected stays clear.

    Rialto, Redlands and Riverside

A mix of older homes and newer solar installs. Panel washes and pigeon proofing, plus screens on homes where the original mesh has gone brittle.

    Corona and Jurupa Valley

Larger lots and bigger arrays toward the edges. Tell us your panel count and we will quote it firm before anything starts.

    Not on the list?

If you are anywhere in the Inland Empire, send your address with your quote. Tony will tell you straight whether we can get there and on what day.

    Tile, solar and pigeons

What we find on Inland Empire roofs

The tracts built across the Inland Empire in the last twenty years came with tile roofs, and a lot of them came with solar. That combination is exactly what pigeons look for: a warm, shaded pocket under the panels with a view of the street. In the newer parts of Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario and Eastvale, it is common to see several roofs on one block with birds under the array.

Pigeon proofing is the job we are known for up the hill, and it is the same job down here. Nests, droppings and debris come out and get hauled away, the area is sanitized so the smell goes with them, the panels are washed, and rust resistant mesh is clipped to the frame. Nothing is drilled, so your panel warranty is safe.

The Inland Empire is a different market in a few ways. The tracts are denser, more associations have rules about what shows on a roof, and there is less hard water on the glass than in the desert. None of that changes the price. You get the same numbers as a customer in Hesperia, and we plan our Inland Empire days so the drive never shows up on your bill.

    FAQ

    Inland Empire questions

Do you charge extra to come down the hill?

No. The Inland Empire gets the same published prices as Hesperia and Victorville, with no travel fee and no minimum drive charge. We group jobs down here onto the same days each week, so the drive is our problem, not yours.

Which Inland Empire cities do you cover?

Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga including Etiwanda and Alta Loma, Ontario, Upland, Chino, Chino Hills, Eastvale, Rialto, Redlands, Riverside, Corona and Jurupa Valley. If you are close to any of those, type your ZIP into the quote tool and it will tell you.

How soon can you get to me?

Usually within the week, on a day we are already booked in your area. Send your quote online, pick morning or afternoon or say you prefer weekends, and Tony texts back with the soonest day.

Is the pigeon warranty the same down here?

Yes. Two years pigeon free in writing, rust resistant mesh clipped to the panel frame with nothing drilled, and 2 to 3 reflective spinners installed free, exactly like a High Desert job.

My HOA is strict about what shows on the roof. Is that a problem?

Usually not. The mesh sits flush with the panel line in black or gray, the spinners mount on existing vents, and nothing is bolted to the roof. If your association wants a certificate of insurance or a description of the work first, we send one.

Does the solar wash and roof wash come free with pigeon proofing here too?

Yes. Every pigeon proofing job includes washing the panels and a soft wash of the roof around them, the same as up the hill.

    Pigeons under your panels?

Send your quote online and save 10%, or call Tony. Same price as up the hill, no travel fee.
