Main Street from the freeway to the lake, Bear Valley Road at I Avenue, Hesperia Road, the new commercial along Ranchero and the industrial parks by the 15. We are based here, so a Hesperia glass call gets a Hesperia answer.
The corridors, what is on the glass there, and how often it usually needs us.
The long strip center corridor. Owner operated shops, restaurants, tax offices, salons. Lots of dust off the traffic and unpaved lots behind the centers.
The busiest intersection in town. Big box adjacent retail, fast food and banks. High traffic doors that want biweekly.
Older single unit storefronts with original aluminum frames and the most sticker residue we see in town.
Newer commercial going in around the interchange. First cleans on new glass, then monthly.
Office fronts on warehouses and yards. Big panes, low foot traffic, monthly is plenty. Dust is the whole problem.
Medical, veterinary and dental suites serving the newer tracts. Interior partitions and waiting rooms.
Hesperia's problem is dust. Main Street runs between unpaved lots and open desert, and every afternoon wind puts a film on south facing glass. An office that looks fine on Monday looks neglected by Friday. Monthly holds most Hesperia storefronts, biweekly holds the busy ones.
Because we are based here, a Hesperia account can be added to a route the same week and an urgent call, a tag, a broken sticker job, a pre inspection clean, is usually same day. Nobody is driving up the pass to get to you.
Hesperia Road and the older Main Street units often carry decades of adhesive from old signage. That comes off once under adhesive removal, and then the recurring visit is a straightforward clean.
