The Ranchero corridor tracts went up with large south facing arrays, and that is where most of our Hesperia pigeon calls come from. Wind off the Cajon Pass keeps the roof cool enough that birds stay under the panels year round instead of moving on.
Most Hesperia arrays we proof sit on concrete tile, which we can walk carefully, and the roof pitch on the Ranchero tracts is usually gentle enough that we work from the deck rather than off ladders. That keeps the day shorter and the price down.
The thing that catches people here is how far the droppings travel. Pass wind moves the lighter material off the panel area and onto the tile below, so by the time you notice staining on the roof the nesting has usually been going a year or more. We quote the tile wash with the exclusion because separating them makes no sense.
No trip charge anywhere in Hesperia, and no charge to come out and look.
Larger lots and dirt frontage roads mean more airborne grit than the rest of town. Screens and tracks take the worst of it here.
Newer tract homes, big south-facing arrays, and the highest concentration of pigeon calls we get in Hesperia.
Sprinkler overspray off the course side etches hard water into glass. Most of our hard water restoration work in town is on these streets.
Hesperia jobs mostly land between $450 and $700. The Ranchero corridor arrays run larger and push toward the upper end, while older single story homes near Main tend to sit at the bottom of it.

Our own photos from actual jobs. Nothing bought, nothing borrowed.
Yes. Hesperia is home base, not a service area we drive out to, so we are here most days of the week. We work across The Mesa, the Ranchero corridor, Hesperia Golf & Country Club, Downtown Hesperia, Summit Valley and Mesa Linda. No trip charge, and no charge to come and look.

Usually most of it. Droppings are acidic and if they have sat on Hesperia tile for a year or more some of the discolouration has gone into the surface. We wash and sanitize the area as part of the job and tell you honestly what will not come back.
No. We clip the mesh to the panel frame. Bolting through mesh puts holes in the material and sometimes the frame, which can void your solar warranty, and out here the wind works it loose off the bolt heads within a couple of seasons. We get called to redo that job often.
Tell us what you have and we will get back to you the same day. Calling is usually fastest.
