Palmdale, Lancaster and the Antelope Valley, by requestWindow, Solar and Pigeon Work in the Antelope Valley
Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Littlerock and Lake Los Angeles. Same prices as the High Desert, no trip fee, a $249 job minimum, and Tony confirms every visit.
We are a Hesperia company, and the Antelope Valley is about an hour west of us on Highway 138 past Phelan and Pearblossom. We come over on grouped route days, so the price list is the one you see on every page of this site and nothing is added for the drive. What changes is the minimum: a visit this far out has to be worth the trip, so we ask for $249 of work or a pigeon proofing job, and Tony looks at every Antelope Valley request himself before it goes on the calendar.
Where the route days go
Palmdale
Rancho Vista, Anaverde and the tracts along Avenue S and Rancho Vista Boulevard. Two story homes with large south facing arrays, and the wind off the hills that coats west glass in a week.
Lancaster and Quartz Hill
Lancaster has required solar on new homes since 2014, so the newer tracts are nearly all panels. Quartz Hill and West Lancaster add bigger lots, more trees and more screens to re-mesh.
Littlerock, Pearblossom and Lake Los Angeles
On the way in along Highway 138. Rural lots, dirt roads and the grit that comes with them. These are the easiest Antelope Valley stops for us to group with Phelan and Piñon Hills.
The same four services, the same prices
Window cleaning
$149 single story, $249 two story, outside, with screens, tracks and sills included. Inside every window is $49 more. Purified water, so the glass dries with nothing on it.
Solar panel cleaning
$7 a panel with purified water and a soft brush. Nobody walks on your panels, and if we notice anything visible while we are up there, like a cracked panel or birds, we point it out. Solar cleaning in Palmdale and Lancaster has the details.
Pigeon proofing
$450 for up to 12 panels, $50 a panel past that, $125 more on a two story home. Rigid steel mesh clipped to the frame, never drilled, with 2 to 3 spinners, the cleanout and a panel wash included. Pigeon proofing in Palmdale and Lancaster walks through the job.
Window screens
Re-meshed at the truck from $53.99, all weather mesh $64.99, new frames $10 more. Added to a window cleaning there is no separate screen minimum, and two screens take a single story window visit past the $249 line.
Everything else we do
Pressure washing, hard water removal, gutter cleanouts, roof soft wash, new construction cleans and storefronts are in the quote above under Find our other services. The ones priced on site get a firm number from Tony before any work starts.
What $249 means and how to reach it
Pigeon proofing meets the minimum on its own, and so does a two story window cleaning at $249. A single story window cleaning at $149 does not, and a 20 panel solar wash at $140 does not either, so Antelope Valley visits are usually two services on one stop: windows and solar together at $289, windows and a few screens, or a solar wash on a bigger array. Put what you want in the quote above and the ticket tells you plainly when it is under the line.
If it is under, send it anyway. Tony reads every Antelope Valley request and texts back with what works, whether that is adding a service or an honest no for now. The minimum is about the drive, not about you.
The same work an hour from home
A route day an hour out gets the same care as a stop around the corner from us. The method fits the glass or the array, the detail work on the quote actually gets done, and anything that needs more than a clean is pointed out with a price before it happens. You see the number before Tony drives over and the scope is written down, so nothing is left to sort out on the day.
From the quote to a date
Pick your services, pick a day you would like, and send the quote. That day is a request, not a booking. Tony groups Antelope Valley work onto route days and texts you back from 714-559-0300 with the day that fits and a morning or afternoon window. Once he confirms it, it holds, and nothing is paid until the work is done and you have looked it over.
Our customers so far are in the High Desert and the Inland Empire, and the photos on this page are from those jobs. The Antelope Valley is new ground for us, which is why every request here gets Tony personally and not an automatic yes.

Window cleaning $149 / $249
The base price covers 10 to 12 windows on a single story or 18 to 20 on a two story. Past that it's more glass, more screens and more tracks to do right, so it's a flat $39 more, single or two story.
One flat $49 for every window inside the house, with the tracks vacuumed and wiped dry. Most companies charge by the window for inside work. We're already there with the water and the tools, so doing the inside costs you far less than a separate visit.
Big custom homes vary a lot. Extra panes and screens are counted on site or from a satellite view, and inside and out can run $499 to $599 on some homes. You get the exact price from Tony before anything starts, so there are no surprises on the day.
What you get. More light in every room, a clear view, screens and tracks that slide the way they should, and glass that lasts because hard water never gets the chance to etch it.
Why now. Dust and sprinkler overspray build up fast up here. A cleaning every 3 to 6 months keeps hard water from setting into the glass.
Pigeon proofing $450+
Cheaper crews screw or bolt mesh into the panel frame or the roof. Every hole is a spot for water and a reason for a solar company to deny a warranty claim. Our clips grip the inner lip of the frame, hold in High Desert wind, and come off clean if a panel ever needs service.
Pick one so the price is right. A two story home adds $125.
$450 covers up to 12 panels. Each panel past that means more mesh, more clips, more cleanout under the array and one more panel to wash, so it's $50 a panel. Set your count in the panel box below.
2 to 3 spinners come free. A spinner's flash covers the side of the roof it faces, and a ridge blocks it, so bigger roofs or roofs with birds on both sides usually need one more. Tap "See what the spinners do" to watch it in 3D.
What you get. Birds out from under the panels, nests and droppings hauled away and the area sanitized so the smell goes too, panels washed, mesh clipped to the frame so nothing voids your panel warranty, and a lifetime workmanship warranty on the install, in writing.
Why now. Nests only get bigger. The longer the birds stay, the more there is to clean out, and the more droppings sit on the roof and the wiring.
Solar panel cleaning $7 a panel
What you get. Clean panels, and if we notice anything visible while we're up there, like a cracked panel or birds moving in, we point it out. $7 a panel, dried spot free.
Why now. There's almost no rain up here to rinse panels, so the dust stacks up and your output drops a little more every month.
Window screen repair per screen
The same class of mesh your builder used, installed and tensioned right. Clearest view and good airflow. Fine for shaded windows.
Heavy vinyl coated polyester, UV and weather resistant, made for outdoor sun. Holds up to desert sun, wind and pets better than standard fiberglass.
When a frame is bent, loose or missing corners, new mesh won't sit tight in it. We rebuild the frame to fit your window with new corners and clips, so the screen snaps in and stays. $10 a screen, with either mesh.
What you get. Air in and bugs out, a clearer view from inside, screens that pop in and out easily, and a 2 year warranty on the mesh.
Why now. UV runs about nine months a year up here. Builder mesh goes brittle, then the wind finishes it off.
Hard water removal from $12 a pane
Hard water is minerals bonded to the glass, so each pane is treated and polished by hand, pane by pane. We test one pane free first so you see the result before you decide on the rest.
Roof soft wash from $599
New construction clean from $249
Gutter cleanout quoted on site
Pressure washing quoted on site
Trash bin cleaning quoted on site
Decal and vinyl removal from $129
Graffiti removal from $129
Storefronts and buildings $149 inside and out
When your promos change, we take the old sticker off clean and put the new one up straight while we're there, $10 a sticker. You bring the stickers, we handle the glass.

How to tell it's time
- Windows. Spots when the sun hits the glass, screens that look gray, or more than 6 months since the last clean.
- Solar panels. No wash in the last 6 months, or a sunny day in your solar app reading lower than it used to.
- Pigeons. Birds on the roof, droppings on the tile or driveway, cooing under the panels, or a sharp ammonia smell in the heat. They don't leave on their own.
- Screens. Tears, holes, mesh that bows out of the frame or crumbles when you press it.

Antelope Valley questions
Do you really come to Palmdale and Lancaster?
Yes, by request on grouped route days. Palmdale is about an hour from Hesperia on Highway 138, Lancaster a little more. Same prices, no trip fee, a $249 job minimum per visit, and Tony confirms the day with you by text.
Is there a trip fee or a minimum?
No trip fee, and the same price list as at home. The one rule this far out is a $249 job minimum per visit. Pigeon proofing meets it on its own, and windows, solar or screens usually get there together. Tony confirms every Antelope Valley visit personally before it goes on the calendar.
Which Antelope Valley towns are covered?
Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Littlerock, Pearblossom, Llano, Lake Los Angeles and Rosamond. Type your ZIP in the box above and it answers for your street.
Is my requested day confirmed when I send the quote?
No. It is a request. Tony groups Antelope Valley visits onto route days and texts you back with the day that works. Nothing is on the calendar until he confirms it with you.
Have you worked in Palmdale or Lancaster before?
Not yet, and we say so. Our customers so far are in the High Desert and the Inland Empire, and the photos on this page are from those jobs. The Antelope Valley is the next valley over from Phelan, and the first homes there get the same work, the same prices and the same written warranties as everyone else.
