We do window cleaning, solar panel cleaning and pigeon proofing and screen repair for Phelan homeowners. Free quote, firm price before we start, and we show up when we say we will.
Phelan is rural and a lot of it is off dirt roads, so dust is constant in a way it is not in town. Screens and tracks take the worst of it.
Like Oak Hills, most of Phelan is on well water. Hard water spotting on the glass is common and sprinkler overspray is usually the cause. If there is a cloudy band low on the pane that does not wipe off, that is mineral etching and it needs restoration rather than a wash.
The wind out here is serious. It is the reason we clip our pigeon proofing mesh to the panel frame instead of bolting through anything. Bolts fail in this wind and they void panel warranties. Clips hold and they leave your roof and your warranty alone.

Pigeon proofing starts at $450 and includes clearing out the nests and droppings, hauling it off, sealing the full perimeter with mesh clipped to the panel frame, and a two year pigeon free warranty. The inspection is free and the quote is firm before we start.
Exterior window cleaning starts at $149 for single story and $249 for two story. Screens, tracks and sills are included, they are not an add on. The final number depends on how many windows you have, so we give you a firm quote before anything starts.
